Job Description
Firstly we receive the exact Job Description from the Client. The JD describes exact job specification, salary structure, numbers required and other terms and conditions of employment.
Shortlisting
The Short listing of CVs is next step from our vast data-bank and other sources such as network and newspapers to meet client's specifications & requirements. Once the details of the suitable candidates are collected from our database & other resources, we talk to the candidates and forward their profile to the client company for review and evaluation.
Organizing Interviews
On receiving the list of final short listed candidates, we organize interview & scrutinizing schedules in accordance to client's review and feedbacks.
We can also conduct interview on behalf of our client if required. Our industry experts conduct Trade Test for further review of the candidate if needed or on specific instruction from the client.
Pro Selection Procedure
After the final selection by the client , a letter of intent is issued to the candidates and declaration is taken from them accepting the terms and conditions.
The selected candidates are sent for Medical Examination and are asked to submit their Medical Fitness Report along with Credentials, Passport details, identification details, etc. which are sent to the clients according to the rule and regulation of a particular country, for the visa procedure.
Mobilization
We will keep the candidates posted of the visa status so that they are ready for departures even at short notice. We will complete travel formalities upon receipt of / endorsement of visa and inform clients regarding departure of candidates.
The Briefing of the candidates are taken at every stage about their employers, working conditions, good manners and etiquette, details of cultural nuances, weather conditions etc.
