The short listing would be done as per the pre-decided criterion.  

Interviews

The process of interview for a specific requirement would be completed within the specified time frame from the date of receipt of requirement from client.

Trade testing
Trade testing measures are adopted depending upon the requirements under supervision of our Technical Consultant or the employer.

Joining of Candidate
Execution of contract between the employer and the employees directly or between Al Nahdha Overseas Pvt Ltd and the employees on behalf of employer after receipt of due authority from the employer.
